• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
   

• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
   

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
   

 
6. Returns & Refunds

• Custom items (including personalised products and uploaded designs) are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
   

• Standard products from our ready-made range may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
